: From what I found in this hotel, it probably has a good atmosphere and provided service, but definitely not now!.. in the past... A huge territory with lots of facilities, but unfortunately most of them looks lost and untouched for a long time... Funicular is not working, fountains in a very bad condition, beach need more care and maintenance, the biggest part of the hotel is totally destroyed. Aqua Park need to be heated, especially in winter time! The food is quite good, friendly staff. I was vertical surprised that everywhere in this hotel is self service: lobby bar, restaurant e.t.c.... Why there's no hot drinks at lunch and dinner?! It's impossible to have some sweets with a cup of tea or coffee! Entertainment is not existing in this hotel. Kids Club it's just a small room with very few toys. Cover tables in the restaurant need to be changed urgently!!! It should be white cotton, not purple synthetic cloth! Maintenance, maintenance and again maintenance!!!!! It could be the best hotel in Hurgada, but needs some effort and investment.Read more

: I was in golden 5 Paradise resort and it was very good time I spent there, I was with my friends we all had fun, they have amazing clean rooms and big, the stuff was friendly, and the hotel in total was good, the resturant is big and the food was good also everyday they have entertainment also. And also we vist some disco with the animation team we like to stay in this hotel and sure we will visit again..Read more
