On the 15th of May Egyptian Chefs Association and its Red Sea Chefs Chapter concluded successful culinary gathering at Hurghada Salon Culinare 2014.
More than 60 chefs of various hotels along the Red Sea coast gathered at Sentido Mamlouk Palace Resort to show their skills at Hurghada Salon Culinaire'14, the third competition of this kind since the establishment of the Red Sea Chapter in September 2011.
The chefs had possibility to compete in different categories such as Plated Starters, Snacks, Main Courses, Three course menus, Desserts etc.
They were properly judged by:

Under the scrutinizing eyes of the international jury, the Red Sea chefs scored 4 Gold, 10 Silver and 27 Bronze Medals at this year's show.
We are mostly delighted to announce that the participants from Golden 5 City managed by Princess Egypt Hotels were honored to achieve 15 medals during the following great event, among them 2 Gold, 5 Silver and 8 Bronze.
Our winners of Gold Medals in nomination 'Plated Starters' are Chef de Partie - Wael Mohamed Hassan and Executive Sous Chef - Mohamed Abbas.
